Talkie is burying their Fiber Optic cables in the 600 block of Canon St -
heading for the river. The job super told me they are waiting for contracts to
head into the 500 block and further down.

I’ve been told that we should go on their website and sign up to show that they
have plenty of interest in the neighborhood.

Go to “indivivdual products” and you can get their basic plan for $69.95.  We
have an apple box already for TV, an antenna in the attic for the local
stations, don't want cable, and have Oooma for our phone at $6.95 a month, so
this is all we will pay.  We currently have Atlantic BB and it $66 a month with
the constant threat of price increases, and we have had our share of bad
connections, so this looks intetresting.
