What am I doing wrong? When I click Matt's iCloud links, it asks me if I want to
open it. So, I click "open," and it takes me to my own iCloud photos and says
"Cannot Retrieve."

I'm thinking maybe I'm not properly signed into iCloud, because the top
selection under "Settings" is grayed out and inoperative.
